HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!!!happy halloween everyone!!! hope you guys are going trick or treating later!!
anyway, today was a freaking tiring day... TRAINING!!!
we ran 25 laps of the bamboo courtyard cause it was raining.. :D haha... then we did the tire pushing thing... damn hard lah... the tire is easy to push until it gets stuck to the floor and you fall forward... sigh.. the stupid tire cut me... ): then we played "hot potato".. SUPER FUN, but we didn't meet ms chua's target so we had to run one round in under 1:15 mins... sigh... then we did like normal throwing.. apparently ms chua was in a super good mood today.. haha... we also did the 40 throws in 5 minutes thing today.. not bad.. we did it in like 2 mins... quite good.. haha..
then we did batting... fast toss: 4x20 and 1x20 slow toss.. then we did tennis ball batting... sigh..
ms chua was so evil... out of 20 hits, she wanted 15 of them to be hit behind her... if not must run... of course i ahd to run.. but wasn't too bad... ran 1 round in like 1:10.. even ms chua was impressed.. haha.. then we did physical... wah liao... today's physical was a total killer... tomorrow i'm going to get so much muscle cramps... ):
oh wells.... I"M GOING TO JAPAN ON SATURDAY!!! haha.. too abd for those who will miss me!! but dun worry.. i'll buy stuff back for everyone... especially the softies! <3
to softies: even though you guys will be going out on friday, i'll be enjoying myself in disneyland!!! haha...
